Bethelyn De La Pena
With over two decades of experience in healthcare, education, and finance, Bethelyn has built an impressive and impactful career rooted in service, leadership, and continuous growth. Her journey began in the medical field, where she spent nearly 20 years at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco as a Telemetry Monitor Technician LVN. During her tenure, she gained deep experience in pre/post-operative care, cardiac units, and med-surg departments, becoming a trusted and seasoned practitioner known for her clinical expertise and compassionate care in high-acuity settings.
Today, Bethelyn continues to make her mark in healthcare through multiple roles. As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Ro Health, she delivers part-time clinical care while also shaping future healthcare professionals as a Clinical Instructor at Unitek College. Her ability to balance both caregiving and teaching highlights her commitment to excellence and mentorship, ensuring high standards in both patient outcomes and nursing education.
In addition to her clinical and educational work, Bethelyn serves as a CPR/BLS instructor with the American Red Cross, where she teaches life-saving skills in both hybrid and in-person formats. Since early 2024, she has helped individuals and professionals become better prepared for emergencies, further reflecting her dedication to public health and safety. Her role as an instructor adds another dimension to her mission of empowering communities through knowledge and action.

She has seamlessly woven together roles in healthcare, education, and finance, touching lives across multiple fronts.
